Christine: All of these pictures are lovely'd by actions from Pioneer Woman blog...makes it super easy for great pictures...especially since you can do action on top of action. But if you happen to already have Photoshop Elements, which lots of people seem to have, I THINK they work on that program, too... But, of course, nothing compares with photoshop the real deal!! Picture fiddling can get rather time-consuming. :)
